How we work

One team takes your product from first brief to delivered order. You get a dated plan, regular photo updates and a named contact, so you always know where things stand.

Five stages, from brief to delivery

What happens at each stage, and what you receive at the end of it.

  1. Step 1: Brief

Tell us what you want to make: sketches, reference photos or an existing sample, with your target price, quantities and delivery date. We review feasibility, come back with questions, and sign an NDA first if you need one.

    You receive

    • Feasibility review
    • Recommended country and type of factory
    • Initial cost guidance
  2. Step 2: Develop

Our design team turns your references into tech packs, sources fabric and trim options, and costs every component, so you can see exactly where the money goes before anything is cut.

    You receive

    • Tech packs with measurements and construction details
    • Fabric swatches, lab dips and trim options
    • Itemised quotation
  3. Step 3: Sample

We make proto, fit and pre-production samples, review each one in-house first, and send them to you with fit comments and photos. The approved pre-production sample becomes the sealed standard for production.

    You receive

    • Proto and fit samples
    • Fit comments and photos
    • Sealed pre-production sample
  4. Step 4: Produce

Production runs in vetted factories in India or China. Our team checks materials on arrival, inspects during sewing, and runs a final inspection before anything ships.

    You receive

    • Dated production plan
    • Inline progress photos
    • Final inspection report
  5. Step 5: Deliver

Goods are packed to your specification and shipped with complete documents. We coordinate freight by sea or air to your warehouse or fulfilment centre, and keep the specifications ready for your reorder.

    You receive

    • Packing list and shipping documents
    • Freight coordination
    • Reorder-ready specifications

Quality, checked at every stage

Problems are cheapest to fix early, so we don’t wait for the final inspection to look for them.

  • Materials

Fabric and trims are checked on arrival for weight, colour, shrinkage and defects before cutting starts.

  • Inline

We check measurements and workmanship while garments are being sewn, when problems are still cheap to fix.

  • Final inspection

Finished goods are inspected against the sealed sample using AQL sampling before shipment is approved.

  • Lab testing

We arrange testing with accredited labs to the requirements of the markets you sell in.

Your brand on every detail

Private label is standard for us. We produce the trims and packaging that make a product yours.

  • Woven, printed and care labels
  • Swing tags and price tickets
  • Printed polybags and tissue
  • Gift boxes and retail-ready packaging
  • Barcodes and carton marks to your retailer’s rules

Questions brands ask us

Do you work with new brands?

Yes. We work with first-time founders as well as established brands, and match each order to factories that suit its size.

Can you start from a sketch or a reference photo?

Yes. Our design team can build the tech pack from sketches, reference images or a sample you send us.

What are your minimum order quantities?

They depend on the product, the fabric and the finishes. Tell us your quantities and we’ll tell you plainly what’s possible and how it affects the price.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes. We’re happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share designs.

Can you add our own labels and packaging?

Yes. We produce woven and printed labels, swing tags, polybags and gift packaging to your artwork.

How do you ship finished goods?

By sea or air, depending on your timeline and budget. We prepare the shipping documents and coordinate freight to your warehouse or fulfilment centre.
